These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of metagirlstudio.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Metagirl Studio LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

Our Site is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Colors and images are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary depending on your device display settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods accepted at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. 

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details — these are encrypted and processed by Shopify’s secure payment system. By using our payment services, you also agree to Shopify’s own Payment Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout using Shopify Shipping rates based on your order weight, destination, and selected service. We use UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

6. No Returns / Final Sale

All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of defective or incorrect items. This policy is clearly displayed prior to purchase in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, for further review.

8. International Orders

International customers are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is owned by or authorised for use to Metagirl Studio LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
